Refund policy

Before your first trade

A challenge fee can be refunded while the account is unused. Once the first trade is placed the evaluation has begun and the fee has bought what it was for.

Refunds are returned in USDT to the address the payment came from, and they take as long as the network does.

A fee is also returned where we could not provide the account: a payment that never provisioned, or a country we were not able to sell to.
